I just recently change from dealing directly with carriers to using Save On Freight. I am very happy and wanted to express my satisfaction. I no longer have to spend hours calling or looking up rates. The person that answers the phone is the person that I deal with on all issues. I am no longer transferred numerous times to get to a specific person or department. The gentlemen that I have had the opportunity to deal with, have always gone above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Just, wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work.
