hello,
I recently had a used transmission picked up for shipment from
Ky to Ar. The unit was on a pallet and properly tagged. When
the unit didn't arrive weeks later I contacted the shipping agent
to find that it had been lost in transit. I just don't understand how
the pickup/delivery failed to be reconciled and why I was not contacted.
How can something this large be sitting somewhere unclaimed and
why can't it be traced? Also how long do I have to wait to collect
on the claim? Thanks in advance for any info.
